MORGAN PAVILION

SHELTER CAPACITY: 12 Picnic Tables; 72 People (approximately)

COOKING FACILITIES: Fire Ring only. Bring your own grills.

LOCATION: On the upper level and northern end of Camp in the William J. May Cub Scout Area.Morgan Pavilion at Camp Boyhaven

NEAREST PARKING: Off Boyhaven Road between Middle Grove Road and the White House entrance to Camp. (Down a little hill and into the grass). Or the Winter Barracks parking lot behind the White House accessed via the Camp entrance between Brereton Field and the White House. Morgan Pavilion is then just a short hike across Brereton Field.

DROP-OFF ACCESS: The pavilion is only a hundred yards from the small grassy parking lot. Scouts may borrow "camp carts" to transport food and equipment.

RENTAL FEE: No charge for day use!

WATER SUPPLY – WARM SEASONS: Bring your own or obtain water from the spigots on the side of the White House or near the entrance to Winter Barracks

WATER SUPPLY – WINTER: Spigot on the south side of the White House or on the entrance side of Winter Barracks

NEAREST LATRINE: At the edge of the woods, just south of the pavilion

RESERVATION PROCEDURE: Contact Ranger Dan at (518) 885-7800

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:  As soon as you arrive in Camp, please check in at the White House so that Ranger Dan knows you have arrived safely and so that he can give you instructions, answer your questions, and open the gates to the parking lots.
