LOCATION: On the west side of Boyhaven Road within the boundaries of the Peter J. Cushing Training Area and near Horsley Lodge

NEAREST PARKING: The Norris Hall parking lot is conveniently located near the head of the access trail to Gilwell Field through the PJ Cushing Training Area archway . Be careful crossing Boyhaven Road!

DROP-OFF ACCESS: Since Gilwell Field is part of our "wilderness camping area" and advanced camping skills training center, there should be no need for any other transportation for gear than strong Scout backs. This campsite is on the "get serious side" of Camp Boyhaven!

WEEKEND RENTAL FEE: $1.00 per person

WATER SUPPLY – WARM SEASONS: Spigot on the side of the Norris Hall latrine

WATER SUPPLY – WINTER: Bring your own or melt snow! But there’s a spigot on the south side of the White House and one on the entrance side of Winter Barracks for "emergencies"

NEAREST LATRINES: One at the edge of the parking lot behind Horsley Lodge and one along the Historic Trail as it proceeds north in the direction of West Pines.
