CARTER HALL COOKING & DINING FACILITIES: Carter Hall has a large, well-equipped
kitchen and a dining hall cap LOCATION: On the upper level of Camp, south of the White House NEAREST PARKING: The Winter Barracks parking lot behind the White House accessed via the Camp entrance between Brereton Field and the White House. DROP-OFF ACCESS: With the Ranger’s permission (and a key to the gate) a limited number of vehicles may drive down Murray Lane, past the Parade Field, to the back of the dining hall to deliver supplies. RENTAL FEE - NO KITCHEN: $75/day (in-Council Units); $85/day
(out-of-Council Units & Non-Scout groups) RESERVATIONS: Call the Council Office (869-6436) to check availability, then complete a camp property reservation form and submit it and the rental fee to the address at the top.
